This course is designed to provide CB personnel with the basics of Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Root Cause Analysis is a systematic problem-solving technique that allows certificate holders to find out the root cause of any problems, that is the core issue—the highest-level cause—and fix it so that it does not repeat in the future.

You can be automatically enrolled in this e-course by logging in on the Rainforest Alliance Learning Network. Taking Final Exams and obtaining the certificate is only possible for enrolled participants, not for guests. A certificate of competency is issued when you have submitted all the assignments, passed the Final Exam, and finished the feedback survey.
