Welcome to the E-course on Gender and Human Rights for Rainforest Alliance East and Southern Africa staff!
This course will provide you with an in-depth and practical understanding of all topics on Principles of Human Rights and related legal instruments used in Africa to implement these Human Rights with reference to Gender Equality, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), European Union's Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD), Rainforest Alliance Core Values, Global Code of Conduct; AND Assess and Address Approach.
Each module has been designed to be as enjoyable and as interactive as possible by combining short narratives with photographs, illustrations, videos and real examples from the field. We have also used case studies throughout the course along with short quizzes to encourage self-reflection and assessment.
You will automatically be enrolled in this e-course by logging onto the Rainforest Alliance Learning Network. A completion badge and certificate of competency will be issued when you pass a final exam at the end of the course.
