We are currently experiencing a technical issue that is preventing access to previously earned certificates through the Certificate section on your dashboard. Our technical team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you urgently need a certificate during this period, you can still download it directly from the course where it was earned. To do this, go to My courses, open the completed course, navigate to the Certificate section within the course, and download your certificate from there.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to restore this functionality.
