Not all the trainers who would like to improve their training journey have the chance to attend a face2face training course about training skills.
Therefore the UTZ Academy has launched a free online course, "Fundamentals of training” through which people from all over the world, in particular trainers in the network of the UTZ Academy, can enter the path of the mastery of training principles, learn to engage their participants better and share their experiences in applying training techniques.
