During 2020 as an integral part of the roll-out process, Rainforest Alliance is developing a training program for the new standards and the assurance model to ensure a smooth transition process as well as its successful implementation. The program targets both certificate holders and Certification Bodies.

To carry out the training program, training material needs to be developed. The roll-out team has pressing deadlines and limited resources; the reason why external support is required to develop a series of materials and tools to be used during the face-to-face training sessions. These materials consist of, but are not limited to, case studies, templates, and quizzes.
