Volume Definitions

Certified volume: certified harvest volume entered by the certification body to a producer/group certificate (producer/producer group);

Certified product: volume that still belongs to producer/group certificate holder and that has been processed in their own facilities;

Stock: volume purchased from/sold by another member/participant.
