1. Introduction - Quick Start

1.2. Do I need to register?

EXISTING PM-UTZ MEMBER/PM-RA Participants

If you are already participating in the UTZ and/or Rainforest Alliance program or, you will not need to register in MultiTrace. Your existing GIP (Good Inside Portal) and/or Marketplace account data and volumes will be migrated to MultiTrace.

Please note that farmer lists (for producer group members) will not be migrated.

Pre-merger UTZ

Good Inside Portal Producers and supply chain actors volumes, along with users and profile information will be migrated to MultiTrace.

Pre-merger RA

For Pre-merger RA participants, only Producer volumes will be migrated to MultiTrace, Moreover, only the volume from 2018 onwards will be migrated.

Please note that farmer lists (for producing group members) will not be migrated.

New log in data

MultiTrace is not accessible with your existing Good Inside Portal (GIP) credentials or Marketplace credentials. Users are migrated to MultiTrace with their associated email address and username. In order to access MultiTrace you will have to click on the “Forgot Password” button on the login page and add your username and submit a request to reset your password. You will receive a link to enter MultiTrace.

NEW MEMBER PRE-MERGER UTZ

If you want to join the UTZ Tea program, you need to register in Good Inside Portal. Only after you are registered and have obtained a valid license, you are allowed to buy and sell UTZ certified products. You can submit your registration form for a tea account by clicking the link below.

NEW PRE-MERGER RA Producer or SCA

If you want to join the RA Tea program, you need to register in Marketplace. Once a Producer has registered the certification body will start the licensing process in Salesforce.

If your company was already registered by one of your colleagues, you do not need to register your company again. The administrator of the account can add you as a new user under the Users tab in their profile. Please see chapter 4.1 "Add Users".
