1.3. How do I get access to MultiTrace?

Pre-merger UTZ and Pre-merger RA Tea sellers are migrated to MultiTrace with their associated email address. For security reasons a new password will be generated for you, that will be sent via email, which you then can amend after your first login to MultiTrace.

If your company was already registered by one of your colleagues, you do not need to register your company again. The administrator of the account can add you as a new user under the Users tab in their profile.

If you do not have an account in Good Inside Portal /Marketplace, Pre-merger UTZ members will have to register in Good Inside Portal and Pre-merger RA participants will have to register in Marketplace. Your account will then be synced to MultiTrace. In order to access MultiTrace you will have to click on the “Forgot Password” button on the login page and add your username and submit a request to reset your password. You will receive a link to enter MultiTrace. The username will be the same as it is for Good Inside Portal/Marketplace.
